I am glad that Brian didn’t give up when trying to contact me. Working overnights my days tend to run together. Buying my home was a challenging process and frustrating at times. One of the first things Brian said to me, “it is frustrating because of the bad communication and lack of service you are receiving”. Which blowed my mind cause that is exactly what I would typically say or remind someone else. Even after I thought I selected the lender with what I thought offered me the best deal, who later couldn’t not meet my needs after going under contract. I quickly thought let me reach out to Brian again, he happily took over and cleaned everything up. At that time, I was introduced to Bill Ma the loan processor. Together they were the perfect team. Made the process smoother, great communication and didn’t waste my time. Which Brian wanted to remind me, “I value my time”. I thought it was hilarious I loved his personality , his thoroughness, and I loved how Bill communicated with me and got everything in order every step of the way. I could not be more happy that I stumbled across this team, I am very grateful for the both of them ??. Thank you both for securing the loan and the deal on our family home. Leslie was amazing! We have already given out her card to several people. She was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. I don't plan on buying another house soon, but when we try to refinance, we will go to only Leslie!! We had talked with two other lenders before finding Leslie. There is no comparison to the level of personal service she provides. It felt like we were actually friends by the end of escrow!
