Dan really looked after us and did a great job breaking down the numbers, recalculating things when numbers changed, walked us through this whole process, took the time to explain things in greater detail when we didn’t understand anything, and made us feel so much more comfortable and confident in navigating this. In addition when the title company fumbled and screwed up the paperwork for us to close escrow, Dan really went up to bat for us and did EVERYTHING in his power to make them fix their mistake as quickly as possible.
