Available, efficient, and a true expert - I had a fantastic experience navigating my first home purchase under a very short closing timeline. It's because of Kevin and his team that my fiancé and I were able to close on our dream house in just a few weeks, amidst Christmas holidays and a busy start to the new year. Kevin is extremely honest, transparent, and had our best interests at heart when it came to finding a financing plan with the best available rate. I highly recommend!

I have worked with Kevin for over a decade now. He used to work with a different mortgage lender but, I would follow him anywhere. It’s always about the people, not the company. He has financed 5 homes for me over this period of time and they have all been seamless. His work ethic is stellar. He is trustworthy, professional and his administrative staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. I just made a very complex residential purchase with a lot of moving parts and he provided some creative options, and excellent advice on how I could structure the loan. I have recommended him to others, and they have also been very happy with his service. He is the first person I call when I decide to invest in a home. If I could give him 100 stars I would!
