I am a person that is detailed orientated and really appreciate good customer service with great communication. Quintin gave us information on loan rates/terms and made it easy to choose which loan was right for us. Quintin and team gave accurate, detailed, and clear instructions along the way and remained engaged through the entire process - even at the end - wanting to ensure that everything was done well.
