As a Real Estate Owner / Broker I’ve had the opportunity to work with Scott Drescher and his team on multiple occasions. He has never let me down and really hit it out of the ballpark last month! I had a seller that accepted a VA offer. The buyer’s lender gave me a pre-qualification letter and had the file for 2 months. At the last minute (the day before closing) the lender denied the loan for a reason that should have been discovered upon initial contact. My Seller’s movers were packed and on their way out of State when we received the news. To make matters worse my clients needed the proceeds from their home in order to close on the new one. The sellers of their new home gave us an ultimatum to close within 2 weeks or the buyers would be in default and loose $50,000 Earnest Money. I was able to convince the buyer, who is also a Realtor to contact Scott. To make a long story short, Scott was able to make it happen and closed the deal in less than 10 days. (Including the July 4th holiday) In my professional opinion, I would make Scott your 1st call. He will not let you down, leave you hanging and will let you know where you stand up front (including nights and weekends) Why anyone would choose another lender is beyond me!
