Seth was the first person we met with when we wanted to start the home buying process. He was so kind and generous to spend his time explaining to us the whole process of loan approval, if we qualified etc..He answered all of our questions and was always available to talk. When we found the home we wanted, everything went smoothly with Seth and his team. Their portal is very easy to use and made uploading documents no problem. We were so blessed to have Seth and his team as part of our first time home buying experience and would recommend them to anyone!

Seth & his team are absolutely the best! I have used them multiple times on purchasing my primary residences as well as investment properties. They are thorough and incredibly knowledgeable. Seth and his team are incredibly knowledgeable. The only reason I was able to purchase a home and afford the mortgage in the area I wanted was because of his expertise and years of experience helping home buyers. Extremely happy with the service, the smoothness of the process and with his bank as my lender. I've worked with numerous lenders before and hit nothing but roadblocks because of extenuating circumstances. Seth was expert enough to still get me qualified. Seth and the GR team were really easy to work with for the mortgage on my new home. Seth provided excellent guidance. He adjusted and worked with my unique circumstances (semi-retired, self-employed) to allow me to qualify for the loan. The entire process from pre-approval to closing was transparent and streamlined with great communication every step of the way.

Seth and his team were awesome. They were there for us throughout the entire process and worked with us on our timeline. Always available to answer your calls/emails when you have questions about the loan/home-buying process. Very knowledgeable and patient. Seth even helped us with our offers by talking with the seller's agent about details of our loan. Can't recommend Seth and his team enough; working with Seth for our loan was easily the best decision we made during the home buying process.
