Seth Van Essen is the best Mortgage broker anyone could ask for. Seth has been my lender for 2 houses now, and is helpful, always available for questions, and has my best interest at heart until the very end. I looked at many other brokers for this last transaction, and no one matched the quality service that Seth provided. I strongly recommend Seth and his team for any transactions, as he will take great care of you.

Seth and his team were great throughout my entire loan process! Seth helped us with another loan in 2020 because rates have dropped. He helped us understand which loans were worth refinancing and which were not. (He wouldn't sell me loans I didn't need!) We are self-employed, and with new guidelines and restrictions during the pandemic, Seth and his team helped us sail through underwriting without any trouble. I just finished closing my VA Streamline refinance with Seth Van Essen and his team at NBH Bank and I am very pleased. I was given Seth's name from co-worker that had closed with Seth a couple months earlier. The entire process was very easy, straightforward and explained every step of the way. I got emails every step of the way with videos explaining everything. The online portal to submit all your paperwork worked amazingly. I had multiple questions that I would email to Seth or someone working on my refinance and they would get back to me very promptly. We could not have had a better experience than we did with Seth and his team on the purchase of our first home! Seth is great. He's very smart and extremely knowledgeable. He was helping us get a mortgage for our home. He had the best rates out of all the lenders we talked to, and was able to guide us in the right direction and help us make the right decision. We'll be calling him again if we buy another how or refinance. He's also a mortgage banker and not a broker so that means he can cut out the middle man and save you more money.
