The process of buying a home can be very confusing and frustrating. There are lots of things that can go wrong and cause you to lose your new home, which is stressful. Very convenient and speedy. Last minute changed lenders and was a little nervous about it at first but Seth and his team handled everything in a timely manor and kept me up to date as best as they could. Helped walk me through the process and made it very clear what they needed from me when they needed it. Even going out of their way to insure my unique situation could be handled in a way that checked the boxes for all parties involved. I will absolutely keep Seth's contact for future use!
