Seth and his team are the only lenders we will work with. Seth is outstanding in his explanation of details, thorough in his follow through, and have always closes on time. We have used him on two purchases and three refinances so far, each deal as easy as the last. I highly recommend Seth. We also learned he can work residential deals outside of Colorado. He helped my brother close a very complicated deal in Texas.

Seth is fantastic! He and his team are very thorough and detail-oriented AND get things done quickly. My husband and I were first-time home-buyers, and we are highly satisfied with his explanations of the process of buying a home, the financing options, and so forth. His team sent emails updating us about the status of our loan, which included brief, simple informational videos explaining what that meant and what came next. He and his team worked quickly to get our loan secured for our QUICK turnaround to close, and they were very patient as we frantically gathered paperwork and uploaded it to the proper channels. We cannot recommend him highly enough!
