The rotation of loan officers made the process long and unstable. once I started working with Travis it became better. However it was difficult to communicate with all loan processors throughout the entire lenght of the process. I needed to leave many voice mails and emails.

It was an unnecessarily lengthy process, this is my 3rd time transacting with NAF and by far the worst experienc, I never experienced this level of service in my 1st two transactions.

Travis and Andrew were excellent!

Travis replaced someone mid-stream and although we did not have a lot of interaction he responded to emails, and made the transition seamless.
