Great communication

I don't know that this is Steven's fault, but this experience was terrible. The communication was awful after Steven and I had the initial conversations about moving forward with the refi. It was particularly bad once the process moved to closing. Miscommunications and vague explanations about fees and costs riddled the last couple of weeks of the process. I won't be doing this again.

Both Steven Sickler and Mona Parikh made my home refinance exerience great! I had to refinance my home at a time when I didn't really want to, so that I could pay some unexpected legal fees. They made a very stressful time in my life much easier. Steve explained the process in detail so their were no unexpected issues. He anwsered all of my questions without acting bothered and without delay. He guided me through the appraisal process and helped me through a bit of a snag with the appraisal. He kept me updated and was super easy to communicate with. Mona was also very friendly. I loved how she would call me without me having to call her to give me updates on my loan status every few days. She anwsered any questions I had quickly and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Steven and Mona to anyone needing to refinance or needing a home loan in general.

Steve and Ana both kept us in the loop on every stage of our refi. Both Steve and Ana are very knowledgable about all things mortgage.
