Stephen gave me a ballpark about closing cost and my possible monthly mortgage at the early stage of my home buying. He answered all my querries, no matter how trivial it might have sounded. I'm a 1st time buyer and he's the only one who's been upfront about interest rates and gave me several options. And I was able to call him at anytime of the day, even on weekends, if something didn't sit right w/ me. I'm glad he reached out again to me towards the end, or else I might have passed the chance to work with a good and understanding sales person.

Final closing figures were fairly close to beginning estimate (my purchase was a short sale so it took a long time to close, almost 6months).
