Kyle is a wonderful loan officer. He is very personable and he cares about his clients. He took all my calls even when he had no information to relay. He made me feel like we were a team in this process. There were times when issues came up that I didn't think the loan would go through but Kyle was always positive. He was instumental in getting my loan to the finish line. I can't thank him enough for all his hard work on my behalf. NAF is very lucky to have Kyle on their team and not only did he and I build a great working relationship but also a friendhship. I will happily refer my friends and family to Kyle and NAF.
