I initally had difficulty with Justin not returning my text messages and took a pretty long time to tell me I didn't meet loan requirements but didn't really tell me why or what was shown on my credit report. I had to ask specific questions on what my denial was based up to try to get the approval i deserved. April dropped the ball on closing, did not provide an updated closing disclosure before she left for work on Thursday, knowing she was off on Friday and I closed on Monday. I e-mailed and called her several times and not once did she return a phone call. I had to contact Justin to get this going because I needed an amount to bring to my closing, he left early on Friday before confirming my closing disclosure was completed. It was not completed untiil 2 hours before my closing. April never reached out to apologize for her poor service. They caused me undue stress and it was not appreciated.
