(Cash purchase defined when a Property Sold record does not have a Mortgage Balance.) Data coverage is limited by available MLS coverage. Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.

That was an inefficient use of everyone’s time and could have been a way more pleasant process if communication and comprehension of the task was improved. Couple that experience with the extra time I had to put into verifying my 401K distribution made it even more painful."
