Cynthia was incredibly responsive, and we very much appreciated that. We also liked receiving the progress reports indicating how the loan application was moving through approval. However, the automated requests for documents did not always match Cynthia's needs, so we wasted some time there. The background data about us that your company received (from Information Services?) was inaccurate and of poor quality. And we do not appreciate the spam calls we now get from your partner businesses.
