Amber graduated from Iowa State University with a bachelor’s degree and
earned the Iowa Certified Mortgage Professional (ICMP) from Iowa Mortgage
Association. She lives with her husband and three awesome kids. In
her spare time, Amber enjoys attending sporting events, reading, quality time with family and friends as well as photography.

Certain geographies like Georgia (especially Central GA) and Vermont were impacted by this data availability. Land sales and manufactured (MFR) home sales are excluded from the dataset.
