"I already had my mortgage with NAF and wanted to do a refi, so I reach out to a few NAF loan officers for assistance and I was beyond disappointed in the lack of response. One of the loan officers that I did speak with literally ignored all of my calls and emails. I was going to go with a different company because I was highly upset at the lack of professionalism from the other loan officer and his blatant disregard to me as a customer. I ended up calling the customer care line to let the know what was going on and they were able to get me over to Patrick. Before I even began the process with him, I let him know that if there will be no communication, then I dont don't want to move forward. Patrick assured me that he will make sure he cmmunicates and is available, even if it was something as simple as just checking in. He was a man of his word and he took good care of me. The more loan officers NAF has like him, the better clients will feel about doing business with NAF. He was able to get my home refinanced with a lower payment and save me money. It would have been the cherry on top if I would have gotten a call or email from him just to check in while the file was in processing, but it was overall a great experience working with him to get the application submitted."
