Alisha DiMaggio

People make the difference. Alisha was able to recognize my needs and communication style and ensured I was taken care of. SHE is the reason I will do business with you again

We are new to the area and did not know who to reach out to for our new home loan. The entire team made this process easy from my first call to Alisha and every touchpoint in between. When we had late breaking questions, everyone was quick to respond via email or text and Alisha followed up with a phone call to make sure we understood everything and Felt comfortable . 5 stars for sure, thank you Alisha and team for your help and guidance throughout the buying process !!

I’ve never bought a house before, so I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into the process. Alisha made everything so much easier than I ever imagined. She was always quick to communicate, explained everything in a way I could actually understand, and never made me feel dumb for asking questions. She took the time to explain the process, answered every question I had, and was always on top of everything. Her knowledge, patience, and communication made what could have been a stressful experience feel like a breeze. I would absolutely recommend Alisha to anyone looking to buy a home. She made a first-time homebuyer feel confident every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a better lender!

We could not have asked for a better lender or a better experience purchasing our home! Alisha was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, helpful, and truly on top of everything throughout the entire process. What stood out the most was how comfortable she made us feel. She was always non-judgmental, patient, and willing to answer every question we had, no matter how small. Her communication skills are truly on point — she kept us informed, explained things clearly, and never made us feel like we were bothering her. Buying a home can be stressful and overwhelming, but having Alisha in our corner made such a huge difference. She went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track and that we understood what was happening every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for all of her hard work, dedication, and support in helping us get into our new home. If you’re looking for a lender who genuinely cares about her clients and knows her stuff, I highly recommend Alisha! She is truly the best!
