Pull For Our Patriots Giveaway - Official Rules

Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. The “Pull for Our Patriots” Giveaway begins at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 22, 2026, and ends at 5:30 p.m. ET on July 22, 2026 ("Giveaway Period"). Giveaway is sponsored by New American Funding, LLC (the "Sponsor") 1 MacArthur Place, Suite 800, Santa Ana, CA 92707.

Eligibility: Giveaway is only open to current residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who have the age of majority in their state or territory of residence and as of the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Sponsor, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, retailers, distributors and advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entities directly associated with this Giveaway (collectively, “Affiliated Parties”), are not eligible to participate. Participation in this Giveaway does not imply any kind of requirement to do business with the Sponsor, and doing business with Sponsor does not in any way increase the chances of winning a prize. Participation in the event does not in any way increase someone’s chance of receiving a product or service from the Sponsor. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter: During the Giveaway Period eligible participants will be invited to participate in a skeet shooting tournament. Ten squads of four people will be selected at random from the eligible participants. Each squad will complete one full course with ten shooting stations. Each squad must submit their scores to the event coordinator at the end of the shoot to be eligible to receive prizes. Each participating member of the squad will receive a prize, in accordance with their squad’s outcome in the tournament. Standings and accompanying prizes will be announced and awarded during the dinner reception.  

Possible Prizes: Prize drawing which has an approximate combined retail value of $1,000-$2,000.00. 

Prize Conditions: By accepting any prize, the prize recipient agrees to release the Sponsor and the Affiliated Parties from all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by entering the promotion or for damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of prize awarded. No substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted. All recipients are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and/or any other fees/costs associated with the prize or receipt of the prize. The recipients’ entry and acceptance of the prize offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) for the Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, and address (city and state), in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without notice or further compensation. If a prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to a potential recipient, or if a recipient is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified, and an alternate recipient may be selected for the prize at issue.

Use of Data: By participating in the Sweepstakes and providing this information, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at https://www.newamericanfunding.com/legal/privacy-policy/.

Terms & Conditions and Disputes: This Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to Sponsor’s Terms and Conditions, including its provisions regarding disputes, located at https://www.newamericanfunding.com/legal/terms-of-use/. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Giveaway Administrator, Frank Ressler, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Giveaway or these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Official Rules. This Giveaway is void where prohibited.
