New American Funding Expands West Coast Territory with New Camarillo Branch

New American Funding, a leader in the mortgage industry, has opened a new Camarillo branch in the heart of Ventura County. The branch, which is centrally located at 333 N. Lantana Street, Suite 134, will celebrate its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Thursday, July 26 at 4 p.m. PDT.

The Camarillo location will be a full-service branch, providing a wide range of purchase and refinance loan products; and will work with all borrower types, from first-time homebuyers to experienced investors.

“We’re excited to bring New American Funding’s presence to Camarillo,” said Branch Manager Todd King (NMLS #448141). “Not only do we offer industry-leading close times for our customers but we offer a variety of different loan programs for homebuyers.”

King, who has a 21-year mortgage background, will oversee the Camarillo location as Branch Manager. His goal is to use New American Funding’s marketing and technology to better serve the community and its homebuyers. “I came onboard with New American Funding because we have the latest marketing and technology that will enable us to serve our customers with the most up-to-date and efficient home loan process in the industry.”

“Todd is extremely well respected in his community and the clients really respect him as well,” said Virginia Martinez, Regional Manager. “He’s a seasoned veteran in his market and is the perfect person for this branch and location. We are excited for the growth that Todd will lead us in.”

“Todd is an extraordinary asset to our company and we are grateful to have him as a leader in this market,” said SVP Regional Manager Eli Fairfield.

This is the second branch to open in the valley with another location in Oxnard.
