Mr. Robert Hernandez is my loan officer in New American Funding. He called me and I give a try to speak with him what loan options he can offer me , that can really help me with. There's few loan officers already i spoke with from different lending companies, but Mr. Robert was very exceptional. As we started talking over the phone, day one, he explained to me clearly what's best options for me. He is a kindhearted loan officer, very knowledgeable and professional, responsive in all questions i have regardless through text messages or calls, he is very patient, accomodating, friendly and most of all very helpful. He helped me and guide me from the beginning walking through the process and make sure from me, that after all the process has been done that all my credit cards will be paid off and the money will be funded. He gave me a call to let me know when the money will be funded in my account as well as how long it will takes the process of paying all my credit cards. Through Robert i felt like i was relieved with all his helped. He made this experience less stressful as he's been very communicative throughout the process. Their online tools were very easy to use , the processing was quick and fast. As a client i felt like i was valued and supported by Robert and the company itself he was working for , they genuinely cared for what their clients needs and what's best for their clients, not just to offer and close a loan. I was so pleased having Robert as my loan officer. Overall, i can highly recommend Robert Hernandez as your loan officer and as well as the New American Funding where he works for.
