Leonard Smith was referred to us by our realtor. My husband and I are first time homebuyers, ad the opportunity to buy our home fell in our laps so we felt a little overwhelmed and unprepared for the process. Leonard was so wonderful to work with, he walked us through everything and answered all of our questions and concerns. He and the rest of the team were readily available and helped us get through the same quickly and efficiently.

I just recently refinanced my home and was fortunate enough to find New American Funding. I normally don't post, however I'd like to share the experience. First, I like their process. Asking for everything upfront versus constantly asking for more items. Next, they followed up and keep you informed of the process. This made things seamless and flexible around your own schedule. Appraisal reports and communications with the title company we worked with was also exceptional. Right down to the day of closing, I felt comfortable and closed relatively fast. The delay was on me keeping it at merely four weeks. I'm genuinely impressed by the knowledge and attentiveness of the staff and will recommend New American Funding to my friends,family and those of you reading.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Aaron Shaw our (Lending Agent) from New American Funding. From the very start to the closing date on our new home he was there every step of the way. Aaron was super knowledgeable, supportive, patient, and very professional. It could be day or night we would call, email, or text with questions, concerns and, he always responded quickly. The entire process was extremely stress free, smooth and, fast which was a huge bonus to us. I truly can't praise him enough for helping us make our dream a reality!
