We were so lucky to get a loan officer like Shelley in this process. She called me on a Saturday to update us on our loan instead making us wait until the following week which was thoughtful and thorough. It mattered tremendously that I was able to ask her any question and not feel inadequate when she would explain. Both Shelley and Vanessa go 200 percent to make thier clients feel taken care of and less stressful experience. Thank you!
