We had a very good experience with NAF, in particular, Ron Johnson and his crew, were patient with us, especially in the electronic signing issues. I was not familiar with the skills required to form the signatures, much less how to get them in the required boxes they had highlighted. Another area that befuddled me, were the various documents we needed to submit. Some had different titles than what NAF called them. But again they were patient and helpful in getting the right documents sent. We laughed together and I am hoping to be able to meet his staff, after so many episodes of "crisis talk" to get those papers in quickly! Good people who know their job and how to help us older folk with all the electronics. I would not hesitate to work with them again, if needed.

I was turned away by two other lenders based on the mess of my student loans not reporting correctly and other inaccuracies -even though it wasn't accurate, they were not willing to dive in and do the work to help me... my last half-hearted effort was a Google search for top-rated lenders by review that led me to find Mallory at NAF. She was truly a blessing to us in our home search. No matter what hurdle came up she was willing to work with us to get through it!! She always answered my calls or emails timely just to give me that piece of mind so I wasn't wondering... I never expected that it wouldn't matter if it was late at night or on the weekend -she would usually respond right back.

Tabitha Marchello group is such an amazing team to work with. We had a very smooth transaction throughout the process. From the start until the end, And most especially to her team personnel JANNA CUMMINS who always on top of everything guiding us. Getting a loan to buy a home can be a stressful endeavor.
