Giving you the feeling of been with professional and Humans peoples who actually listen to you concern and understand that you do not know some terminologies. But will advised them to give the Credits course to future customer early in the process so that they can quickly familiarize themselves with the actual process and know what is expected of them.

Chris Steele surpassed all my expectations. He was extremely patient and informative during the entire process. He made sure I knew what the next steps would be and how long it would take to move through the process. At the start, I was nervous, but Chris was there at every step to address all my concerns. Which were minimal once I started the process because of all the effort he had put in educating me about the refinance process.
