Chris was amazing and everything that lead up to the loan Processor was perfect. Once it switched over to her, it was unorganized, communication lacked, everything was repetitive, last minute or just not communicated at all, unless I reached out to Chris. I am very thankful for chris because I was so frustrated I almost quit the whole process even being at closing.
