I was working with another loan officer prior to Rick and his team. With that being said I was ready to give up and walk away from the deal. that is until Rick and his team stepped in to correct the problem. I had been working with the prior Loan officer for months and was gaining no traction towards a solution until Rick got my loan turned over to him, he was clear and methodical with his approach on how to he was going to correct the mess that was occuring. Rick and his team were not just tasked with a construction loan they were tasked with correcting the prior loan officer mistakes and then constructing the loan in a short timeframe that we have to work with as the prior officer took months to work with our contractor and bids were were working against the timeframe. Rick and his team worked late days ,nights and even the weekends to ensure my family was taken care of! Rick's team did not just do their job but they treated me as family. I dont know if this means anything but I work with a lot of names and tend to not remember peoples names but I will always remember Rick,Sarah,Bibi,Courtney, and Tara. I'm sure their are some I'm leaving out on the list that played a major role in this but these names will forever be stuck in my mind as the indiduals that made it possible for my family to have a place to call home. Thank you Rick,Sarah,Bibi,Courtney,and Tara you guys have changed mine and my family's life forever and we will always remember what you did for us . Anytime I hear anyone needing a home you guys will be my response! Hats off to this wonderful team!
