With Cindy, you are getting the consumate pro. Not only did she very obviously know her stuff, her confidence was such that it made me feel better about each step of the process. I know for a fact she worked nights, weekends and even when she was travelling and was both available and responsive to any and all issues or questions I had, whenever I had them. There was never a single moment that I considered taking my business elsewhere. It is a shame that I can't experience the same level of service in other things I purchase.
