Thomas Lauman made it a great experience! Everytime I had a question, all I had to do was call. It could be night, day, after hours, weekend it didn't matter. He would answer or I'd leave a message and Tom would call me back. I'm going to miss talking with Tom, he's great! He treated me like a true friend. He's the one that made this an easy process for me. Very greaeful for Tom!!!! Couldn't or wouldn't have done this without his expertise. Management please take notice! Thank you!
