We have not been in this mode for over 20 years. So much has changed since we last purchased a property and also the rules have changed. But Kara was very understanding and she took to time to help us understand each step. We loved working with her.

We were part of the oortal switchover and none of the technology worked. We had to spend countless hours using work arounds. the person helping Ryan was also not very helpful and did not respond to requests for timelines so we could be prepared. If it wasn't for Ryan and the dozen or so deals with him that went smooth we would have pulled the plug on the deal way early. sugguest nit switching systems on transactions in the future or have the work around ready.
