Reason for refinance was not favorable but needed some emergency home repairs. Tamara Eastridge our processor was very informative and was easily accessible to answer any questions we had a long the way. She made the whole refinance process fast and kept me in the loop all the way through.

Kristina and her staff were very professional and efficient regarding the process of our refinance. It was very refreshing to work with a team of true professionals. Our loan got processed very quickly, so I wish we had had more time in the very beginning to go over each step to take, however they were always available to answer our questions and support us with anything we needed. My husband and I have worked with Luis Yero on a cash-out refinance and a no cash-out refinance for a lower rate. I can honestly say, we are THRILLED to be working with New American Funding. They are attentive to our needs and they also take the time to listen to what we want. When it is time, we will also sell our home through NAF when we are ready (maybe in a year).
