Absolutely fantastic to work with!! Not only were they our loan officer for refinancing, they also worked with to purchase the house. They actually made wading through all the paperwork--read closely--pleasant, both times! Forthright and honest--everything was always as our loan officer said it would be and without surprises--they has our trust. And, even though both transactions were virtual and 1700 miles separated, we never once felt neglected. Truly personalized service!!!

I've used New American Funding twice now. They make it easy. When I wanted to refinance, I simply contacted Matt Alsop, my loan manager. He took it from there, checking to see if it was worthwhile and moving on it right away. The entire team we worked with were so professional and responsive. I never had to wait for answers and the refinance was done in record time. I'd recommend them to anyone.
