Tommy Burnette’s in depth knowledge helped to steer me in the right direction. But overall his can-do attitude made me feel confident in the buying process and helped encourage me when I doubted myself. He is INCREDIBLE at his job and knows exactly how to help his customers best. He goes above and beyond and I couldn’t have asked for a better Loan officer during my first time buying a house. It was an absolute pleasure to be working with Matt Tabassi and his team at New American. We hit it off right away Matt was very personable and easy to talk to. He stood out from everyone else I spoke with in that he was very involved and caring in getting the product we wanted but also what we needed. I’m self employed and was looking to refinance to a cheaper rate. Matt told me exactly what he needed from me to help make what I wanted to come true. He took the guesswork out, and took care of everything with great attention to detail and professionalism. He delivered from start to finish incredible service and we were able to close in the time we expected unbelievably smoothly. Matt was always there to answer any questions I had whether late at night, or during the weekend. His team is at the top of their game and they tirelessly worked on my behalf so I could achieve my financial goals. I had a great learning experience with new American funding. I saw amazing reviews online and decided to give them a try. I immediately got transferred over to Fred Walker and he was amazing to work with as my loan officer. I am not going to lie the process was very stressful, especially as a first time home buyer and me being only 24, I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. But Fred was very patient and always told me the truth. Even with my frustrations he never went out of character. He wanted me to get a house just as much as I did, he was always available and answered emails and phone calls quick. As I do get impatient sometimes. But, New American funding worked effortlessly to get my loan approved and I got an amazing rate. Yes it was stressful but it in the end it was worth it cause I got my amazing house. Super grateful for Fred and the experience.
