My experience with Eric Steenstra and his team was beyond excellent. I am a Realtor and hear all types of stories regarding the Buying process. I am self employed which I have heard can be tricky but I can say that the list of documents I was told to provide from the start eliminated the need to continually provide more paperwork at the end. The mobile site was great, to visually see the progress of your loan was reassuring and exciting. As far as communication and knowledge of the process I can't say enough about Eric and his team. They are truly a team that works very well together. I highly recommend Eric and his team and will be using them again for sure as well as referring them to my clients.

I have worked with Eric and his team three times now. Each time I have been impressed with the team's responsiveness and professionalism. I was able to communicate (phone calls, text messages & emails) during non-business hours to get questions answered. From my first call through closing, I was kept informed and felt valued as a customer.
