We just felt rescued by the NAF team from the confusing process of determining the best lender and rates. We felt the team went above and beyond to walk us through the process when we felt so confused and frustrated with the lack of communication and lack of clarity with the bank lender we had started the process with. We felt that switching to NAF just in the nick of time was what helped us get the best rates and the closing date we hoped for to satisfy both the seller and us, buyers! The team is very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions or find the answers promptly to respond to our concerns in a comprehensive way! They kept us updated along the way throughout the process so we were never guessing like we found ourselves before. We also so appreciated that they saw us as people they wanted to build a lasting relationship with and not “just-another-customer”. And to top it all off, they cared about our excitement, our particular circumstances and our moving day! They sent over pizza and soda pop for us and our friends helping us move in just at the perfect time (yet another rescue)! We felt so cared for and we really appreciate our relationship with them is not over but just beginning in that they’ve proven they’ll be there for us and check in with us as their new friends and as things may change with interest rates and such. They also worked closely with our realtor and of course the title company so everyone was in the loop and made the process as streamlined as possible and as positive and as pleasant as possible! They didn’t pressure us but gave us all the information we needed and kept us motivated! We highly recommend NAF!

The first experience I had with New American Funding, I was in the middle of working with a different (popular) lender. As soon as my emails were responded to quickly, with answers, explanations, and kindness, I was willing to switch. I've been so glad I did, since. Twice, now, there's been a no-hesitation, fully explained, knowledgeable approach from New American Funding to help me. I've felt heard. I've felt cared about! Once, I got an email response maybe just over 24 hours (maybe not even) and the lender was so concerned it might've been too long for me to feel okay to wait. For that kind of help and service, instilling a sense of choice in me, of agency, and my satisfaction- I'd absolutely wait a day or two for their response... not that they'd want me to. I've worked with Moe and with every interaction, I'm so glad they are willing and able to be so quick to help. I would recommend, highly, to anyone looking for a lender. The "quick" options they advertise... not as quick to reply, not as knowledgeable, not as kind (in my experience).
