I used New American Funding for refinancing my home at the recommendation of a friend. The process was very smooth and efficient. Being able to submit documents online through their website was very user-friendly. There was prompt and courteous communication throughout. All financial aspects were clearly explained, several options were presented, and the outcome was exactly as described when the process was completed. I would highly recommend using this company.

Amy was extremely caring and available throughout the lending process. She gave great guides to help us get familiar with the process, and her team was helpful with making sure we were moving through things well, as well as reminding us in a timely fashion when we had upcoming deadlines to make sure we kept on pace. We even were able to close early because of how outstandingly things went!

If I could use just one word to describe Rob, it would be “Amazing” . I had contacted a few lenders before him, and none of them were able to help me the way he did.we spent 5 minutes on the phone and he said, “I’ll get it done”, and he saw it through to closing;going above and beyond and keeping me in the loop in every step of the way.
