This company is in my opinion very very good. My loan person was Kathy Howard. She is amazing to say the least. She started the loan over multiple times as I was not sure how much to borrow. She never expressed her irritation towards me, but was sincerely just wanted us to get the best loan for our needs. We will continue to use her. So if by chance you use them make sure and ask for Kathy Howard. Michelle

We were referred by a friend, who didn't end up completing their loan process, but still recommended New American anyway. That says a lot about the level of service they provide!

Tabatha is the best loan officer I had ever worked with! Out loan was not an easy one, we’ve tried with a few different people and I guess our situation was too complicated and time consuming so they al decided it was not worth the time except for Tabatha! I was ready to give up but Tabatha was able to make it happen with some out of the box thinking and we got our new home!!!! She will always be the first person I reach out to if I need loan service again. She doesn’t say no easily and will try every angel before she turn you down.

Had previously tried to work with Rocket Mortgage and ended up working with at least 14 different people who did not appear to be communicating with each other. With New American, there were only two, both pleasant, professional and prompt. I give New American my highest possible recommendation!

The NAF Cash program is truly a game-changer! My wife and I had a positive overall experience working with New American Funding (NAF), especially with their innovative NAF Cash program. The process made it possible for us to secure our dream home quickly and competitively. NAF’s team, particularly Edwin Miranda, was incredibly detailed, prompt with responses, and provided clear expectations throughout the journey, which really helped streamline our home acquisition. The NAF Cash program is truly a game-changer for those looking to buy their dream home before selling their current property. However, we believe that NAF can improve by offering more clarity on some of the finer details of the program, particularly regarding taxes, rent, and utility arrangements in the time between NAF purchasing the property and the buyback. For instance, there were a few bottlenecks we encountered, such as securing a warranty deed and/or ALTA document, which led to some delays in utility setup.We had to make multiple trips to the utility board due to a lack of specific documentation. Additionally, for those using NAF Cash, it would be helpful if there was more transparency around the documents and steps involved, such as a simple check-off sheet explaining each step from start to finish, including the rent and tax obligations at the end of the buyback process. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was positive, and we would absolutely use this process again. NAF is helping people move into their dream homes with this innovative approach, and with just a bit more attention to detail in the process, they could make the experience even smoother.

as a first-time home buyer, andrew farleigh was WONDERFUL to work with! he answered ALL my questions (there were A LOT) and was extremely patient. and he has a sense of humor, which helped throughout the process. if you need someone, i highly recommend him!
