Patty Gadd was outstanding to work with from start to finish. She is extremely knowledgeable, competent, and always willing to help. Her communication was excellent—she kept me informed throughout the entire process and was incredibly responsive, often texting me back even after business hours to answer my questions. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and straightforward. I truly appreciated her professionalism, patience, and dedication. I would highly recommend Patty to anyone looking for someone who is reliable, responsive, and genuinely cares about her clients.
