Great service! Tiarra Hill and Kaye Dillion were awesome! Any question I had No matter the time of day they were there to answer and if it was something I didn’t Understand they broke things down. Without them this process wouldn’t have been as smooth as it was. Definitely recommend NAF if you’re looking to buy a house.

New American Funding is fantastic, the were very helpful and Cassandra our agent was with us all the way through. We had tried with other leaders before. Since we had negative credit and had some issues those other companies did not want to put in any effort to help us. NAF was willing to not only help us they went up and above what another leader would have done for us. I cannot express in words how much we appreciate what they did for funding our new home loan and especially Cassandra she is truly an angel. I would defiantly recommend them to family and friends or to anyone who may be looking for a new or refi of them home purchase.

My experience with New American Funding has been extraordinary. My original home loan was with them so I went back to them for my recent refinance loan. James Mateer and Jennifer Vo were outstanding to work with. They both worked hard to keep me informed of the status of my loan application from the start to closing. As a whole, I would say my experience with New American Funding has been one of being treated as an individual, with my needs addressed/met and not just another person applying for a loan with cookie cutter information/answers being given! I highly recommend them as your mortgage broker.
