I had a great experience working with Nathan. He was so professional and knowledgeable. Took me step by step through entire process and explained in detail. Tonyelle finalize my loan and was also great getting everything in order to complete the loan. I recommend this company if you want to work with a honest team that gives great customer service.

Great all around experience from start to finish for my first home purchase! Austin Trefry was fantastic - promptly, thoroughly, and patiently answering all of my questions throughout the process. Also got the best deal from New American Funding after comparing rates across several lenders. Austin and New American Funding were also able to get a "clear to close" approval despite a tight turnaround (roughly 3 weeks) for the closing date on my home with a couple days to spare. Was an A+ customer service experience throughout and I'll be sure to use Austin and New American Funding again for my next refi or home purchase...
