I found New American Funding on Credit Karma, & had my doubts at first. But after communicating with Mrs. Michelle, I felt comfortable. We initially contacted them for a refinance, but ended up deciding to sell our home. Mrs. Michelle was very responsive, patient, knowledgeable, & if not for her, we would’ve decided to choose another lender. Mrs. Michelle was honest & upfront about everything we should expect during the process & I truly respect her for that. We’ve already referred family members to New American Funding, who were thinking about purchasing a home.

Very friendly company to do business with. We worked with Shane who was very helpful in helping us throughout the process of getting our house refinanced. I felt like they are very open as a company. Just easy to do business with. If they didn't know the answer right then they found it very fast and responded to us. Communication is a strong point for this company. Danielle was our loan officer and was seriously the bomb!
