Karol is literally a magician. My husband and I weren’t in the market to buy a house but the owner of the house we were renting told us she wanted to sell. We really didn’t want to move but we also weren’t sure if we could qualify to buy. Karol worked up some numbers, gave us a game plan and within a month, we were approved and closed on the house. She’s super responsive, always answers our questions no matter what and treated my kids so well when we had to bring them to sign papers. We are so grateful to now own the place we’ve called home for the past few years! I will forever recommend her! Thank you Karol!
