I am so thankful to New American Funding! My wife and I tried for years (literally) to buy a home and sell our home at the same time. We have had several offers on homes that never panned out, largely because of the difficulty of purchasing a home with the contingency of selling a home at the same time. Even if we had closed a contingent deal, the logistics of moving my wife and five children that quickly is horrifying! NAF Cash was a light in the dark for us. As soon as we heard about NAF Cash and found a home we wanted, the deal closed in ONE WEEK! And we had plenty of time to move out of our old home since we had access to both homes for a few weeks. I have already recommended the program to our old neighbor who has struggled with the same problem. I was also floored by how responsive everybody was at New American Funding. Chris VanLeeuwen is a Saint! The speed at which he and his team work and the compassion they has for their clients is second-to-none. Highly recommended. Alex and his staff are great to work with. They are helpful, knowledgeable, kind and truthful. Alex is also extremely trustworthy. I have gone through him twice now, once for a refinance and if i need his services again I will definitely give him a call.

Initially I called new American funding and someone answered the phone. I was connected to a loan specialist that know exactly what I wanted to do. Within 2 days we had all the documents needed and the loan was under process. Jacqueline B was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable answered of her questions without having to look things up. She followed up with me often. She is very upbeat and pleasant. I would use new American funding again and I would recommend them.
