New American Funding is awesome! They have dedicated people who work hard and make the experience pleasant. Phillip Martinilli was our loan officer and he worked above and beyond throughout our loan process. He worked past office hours and always reply back to all our questions quickly. I really feel he made this whole process go as quickly and smoothly as possible. He is very knowledgeable on VA loans also and I feel very lucky to have had him as our loan officer. He knew just what to do and made things happen. Philip and his team excel at what they do and I would highly recommend him as your loan officer and new American funding to handle your loan.

I used New American Funding for my home purchase last year (2019). When I saw interest rates dip I went back and they helped me again this year (2020). I dealt with the same people and I was happy with the transaction. It was a pretty painless process and it's important to remember that as the customer, you're responsible for doing your part by responding promptly to any requests for documentation and E-signing docs as needed or the process may be delayed. The whole team is top notch and they respond to any concerns in a timely manner.

Ramon, Mondi and the team were absolutely amazing. They were attentive, the communication was great, and they worked QUICK! They pushed it out so fast that even our builders were surprised at how fast we closed. I’d recommend this team for anyone looking for loan assistance.

The team here is PHENOMENAL! I had a very unique situation, and had tried to get approved with two other lenders. They had our hopes really high and they came crashing down... luckily I had a great realtor (Rhonda with Sam Dobb team), who told me she had faith in Sue and Joe, and that if it were going to happen they would be the ones to make it happen. The whole team made our dreams come true, and made miracles happen and now my family is in a lovely home because of them! Without them I surely would have given up all hope! Buying a house is a hard process, but the lenders made this easy on us and made sure to walk us thru everything step by step. They are the DREAM TEAM in my eyes! Mack has helped me a couple times with my mortgage needs . He is a VA loan expert and is very good at explaining the process. Even under not always the best of circumstances Mack will push through and get your loan funded. The team Mack works with are the best. Sarah is so friendly and nice, she is very responsive and easy to deal with. I would recommend Mack and the entire team to my friends and family. One note: They are as fast as you are with getting them the information they need. The quicker you get the required forms and information to them they will turn it around. My loan experience was top notch. Thank you Mack and Sarah :)
