first, if kim isn't my loan processor, i don't know what is. i am just person who wants to buy their home, i do not understand all the roles in the mortgage / home buying industry. kim did her best to explain the roles, but they still all sound the same to me when i don't have 'supervison' clarifying the roles. second, kim was amazing, very clear on the figures, what each figure meant, what each stage of the process is. helped w navigation of your new system.
