My experience working with Mark Dorris was exceptional. He was always there to answer questions and always looking out for my best interest as a first time home buyer. He worked side by side with me to ensure thata I was able to get the best loan possible for my new home. Although we never met face to face his communication was always on point. I would recommend him over local agencies. My experience overall was exceptional.

There were glitches in the matrix, but there are supposed to be as home-buying is a complex process. Jared Mabrey of NAF made this as easy and as seamless as he could, and I am grateful to him for pulling all of this together on such a short timeline and making it happen. We purchased a home, sight unseen, then traveled half-way across the country to it for the closing. He did an incredible job for us!
