My financing issues initially were complex. Eric quickly came up with creative approaches to those challenges that impressed me more than any lender I have delt with. And I had a 45 year career in banking. He and his team guided me through the application process in a helpful and timely manner. At no time did I feel under-informed. There were no surprises. Eric stayed actively involved with our realtors, attorneys and contractors to be sure all parties were involved, informed and coordinated.
