There Should be a check list used for trailers and asked upfront for the information. This would provided a lot of unneeded stress. Lisa needs to relat relay issues with the process better and understand when someone is try g to help. Also when someone advise all credit reports are frozen, please relay all reports need unfrozen . She pulled one of mine then claimed to never pulled it. I got an alert it was pulled and frozen it again. She was quick on emails that I will give her, but overall attitude could be improve.

This was my 1st ?? me buying experience. There was a part that I felt was too much and April calmed me down and said that we were gonna get through this. Which we did and I'm so happy to be able to show and provide a home for my newborn son and family. You have no idea.
