I have paid and conducted business online for years. Most systems are designed to be simple and seemless - DO NOT ANGER YOUR CUSTOMERS! Your NAF system is terribly frustrating and your software design team needs to be fired. Your whole goal is to make things simple for your customers. Develop a carefree process that provides your company with money efficiently. The local office and all of its staff are the best! NAF online needs work. There was no obvious way to backtrack within the pages. Each time I backtracked I would have to start the whole application over. I tried a couple different options to go back and each ended in disaster. I probably started over about 8 times - I wanted to pull my hair out. Most all paperwork that I attached to my application - in several different occurrences, I had to send by person or a different route. The only reason that I put up with this was Jeff Tufford. Unfortunately, I would not do it again. Fix your system! Even providing you with this review was a miserable experience as several times the page would move while I was typing plus other irritating issues. This is very uncommon for me to run into issues like this. Good luck.
