Very friendly company to do business with. We worked with Shane who was very helpful in helping us throughout the process of getting our house refinanced. I felt like they are very open as a company. Just easy to do business with. If they didn't know the answer right then they found it very fast and responded to us. Communication is a strong point for this company. I would highly recommend New American Funding for anyone who is looking for a company to refinance with.

Danielle was our loan officer and was seriously the bomb! This was our first home buying experience and she was super helpful, knowledgeable, and conscientious to our thoughts and concerns throughout the whole process.
