Initially I called new American funding and someone answered the phone. I was connected to a loan specialist that know exactly what I wanted to do. Within 2 days we had all the documents needed and the loan was under process. Jacqueline B was great to work with. She was very knowledgeable answered of her questions without having to look things up. She followed up with me often. She is very upbeat and pleasant. I would use new American funding again and I would recommend them.

I found New American Funding on Credit Karma, & had my doubts at first. But after communicating with Mrs. Michelle, I felt comfortable. We initially contacted them for a refinance, but ended up deciding to sell our home. Mrs. Michelle was very responsive, patient, knowledgeable, & if not for her, we would’ve decided to choose another lender. Mrs. Michelle was honest & upfront about everything we should expect during the process & I truly respect her for that.
