Matthew Novakoff, my loan officer, was astounding to work with. He was extremely responsive, gave amazing advise after thoroughly understanding our financial situation, and managed our deal with the utmost professionalism. His urgency on ensuring timelines were met was exemplary. He went above and beyond, monitoring progress, even working late hours to keep us on track. He is quick to respond and communicate changes. His understanding of the loan products/options that are available to his clients is truly amazing. Through our mortgage process I had the opportunity to speak to many loan officers at various organizations and even after the first call with Matthew in which he truly took the time to get to know me, I knew that he was right fit for moving forward with our deal with. Aside from his professional merits, Matthew was just a pleasure to converse with. Even through the most stressful of days (as every major financial undertaking tends to be) he would be a voice of calm and collection.
