Not an exaggeration to say that working with NAF, and Aliya, were the deciding factor in whether or not we got our home. She helped us beat out 9 other bids, including ones that were similar and higher, by helping us make a strong offer that was as good as all cash. Working with them gave us a competitive edge we’ve never had before. I was immediately impressed by Aliya when, after reviewing our financial information, she told us what we could comfortably afford instead of what we qualified for. I’ve had loan agents in the past say “great news! You qualify for up to a $900k home!” But I knew with what I made and what I had saved I couldn’t afford anything remotely close to that. Aliya didn’t try to trick us into buying out of our price range. She was direct and collaborative, and helped us figure out multiple purchase scenarios where we could make the most out of what we had and come away with a mortgage payment we could afford. We’re lookin forward to refinancing with them when interest rates drop.

Edwin and his extended New American Funding team made the entire loan process seamless. As a first time home buyer the process was unfamiliar, yet Edwin guided me through it and was able to explain the steps and transactions in a simple, understandable way. He was incredibly thorough and responsive to any and all questions that I had (often responding within the hour... and on weekends!). I HIGHLY recommend Edwin, especially for those new to the loan process or those looking for amazing communication throughout the process!

Rob and his whole team were so wonderful to work with on multiple occasions. We have worked with Rob for the last 5 years and have bought 2 homes and refinanced once with him and I don't think we will ever use another lender ever again because he exceed all of our wants, needs and expectations. I worked with Jeffrey Nielsen with New American Funding to refinance my home. Jeff was very accommodating and helpful. I appreciated his constant connection with me and ability to answer my questions. He not only emailed, but phoned me about updates and other things concerning my loan.
