We had a great experience with New America. Our loan officer is Robert Martin, which is professional and always willing to help. We are the first time buyers and have lots of question and he can answer all of them fast and clear. He also provides us extra credits to make the loan offer more competitive. definitely a 5 start recommendation to anyone who is looking for a home loan.

This was our fourth house to buy in 30 years. Always used the brick and mortar lenders. Based on the reviews I decided to try New American Funding. I fortunately got hooked up with Melissa. She was awesome!. She was incredibly responsive to my frequent questions by calls and emails. I was amazed at her work ethic and really felt like I had someone in my corner. And we closed on time! I can't say enough great things about Melissa. Best experience I've had buying a home!

New American Funding is a fantastic company that puts the financial interest of its customers first. I’ve had my mortgage loan with this amazing company since November 2019, and I’ve enjoyed every moment of it. They have been very transparent in their dealings with me and highly responsive to my concerns. I have refinanced with them twice now, first moving from a 30-yr FHA to a 15-yr conventional mortgage and later moving from a 3.875% to 2.25% interest rate. Under my first refinance agreement, I also got rid of my mortgage insurance within 10 months, with no hassle or paperwork. They are effective and efficient at what they do. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an original home mortgage loan or to refinance an existing mortgage.
