My experience with New American Funding was nothing less than top notch. As a first time buyer, i had a lot of questions and concerns. As my first point of contact, Shane was there for me every step of the way. He helped to make the process as stress free as possible. Serei was always close by as well, to help with questions and to get the numbers worked out. I am now in my new home. Sunshine and her partner were very communicative throughout the entire loan process. We were unable to complete our home-buying process at this time but we greatly appreciated the work put in by these guys and plan to try again once we have the necessary qualifications.

For this being my first time buying a home during a time when interest rates are high, my loan officer Jeff made the entire process go very smoothly. He also did a great job advising and calculating everything so there were no surprises at closing, very level headed which helped me stay in track. This process can be very overwhelming and with his guidance it went by smoothly.

I'm always skeptical and weary of finance hustlers, but New American worked rapidly and efficiently so that we were good to close 2 weeks ahead of schedule! They provided us with optimal rates and service. Very pleased.
