Diana and her team at New American Funding were great throughout the entire process. They were informative and kept me in the loop and up to date the entire time. They worked quickly and efficiently getting my refinance done in little over a month's time. I'd definitely recommend their services to anyone.

I already had one home with New American and was so pleased 4 years ago with their amazing service that I chose them to re-fi my primary home. They did not disappoint. Great accurate communication. Rudy Gutierrez was excellent from beginning to end. I was in a tough situation and not quite to the point with my credit where I could make a home purchase. Rudy helped me figure out what specific steps would be the easiest and quickest to get me to the minimum score I needed. I was making a purchase with a gift of equity, which I did not understand at the beginning of the process, but now, I feel like I could host a seminar about the gift of equity process, thanks to Rudy. Even my real estate lawyers didn't fully understand that part as well as I did. Rudy was in constant communication with me at every step, with any change or update, and he was always available to me. He is definitely somebody I would want on my side any time I go through the mortgage application and qualification processes. If I need to refinance or purchase anytime in the future, Rudy will be my first stop.

John and his team in the Denver office were beyond amazing! We originally had our mortgage going through another company but ran into some issues at the last minute with super strict appraisals. John and his team jumped on our loan super quick and were responsive and helpful throughout the process. They got our deal done fast and we were able close in under 30-days. It was a great end to a LONG closing with issues after issue before switching to NAF.

I love Lisa and her team!— and I do not give that kind of praise to just anyone. Lisa not only helped with the closing on my first home go smoothly, but also guided me through the refinancing of my home. Lisa and her team were always available to answer my questions and always there to put me at ease (home purchasing is a big decision, but having the right loan officers/consultants can make a world of a difference). Lisa and her team are very knowledgeable and you can put your full trust in them.

Bob was a great help with the whole process in helping us buy our first home. Great communication, answered all of our questions and was there every step of the way with advice.
